Our QA Process

Multilingual Localization Gateway offers translations at attractive prices. But even more important is the quality of the translation. A mistake in a translation can have dramatic consequences. In order to guarantee quality we offer you the following:

• All translators are native speakers.
• The translators have successfully completed a degree in translation and/or have a degree or relevant experience in a specific field.
• All the translations are checked by another translator.
• An experienced project leader acts as your contact person.
• We build a client portfolio and a client specific translation memory.

In addition for every project, Multilingual Localization Gateway uses at least three professional linguists to ensure quality and consistency in our translation process.

First Project Analysis, We review the project (formats, volume, required processes, adaptation of translation methods, identification of any problems, project scope, etc.). A preliminary quotation, methodology and schedule are built around this analysis. We will only accept the project if we have the necessary skills to provide an excellent service in the specific field.

Second, we assign a professional translator with native fluency specializing in the subject matter of your project.  For larger projects with rapid turnaround, more than one translator may be assigned to a project.

Editing and Professional Revision
After the project has been completed, it is edited. The process eliminates spelling errors, typos, and grammatical errors in the translation. Terminology issues are also reviewed. Translators and editors exchange feedback and comments about each other\'s work.

In the final step, a proofreader reviews the documents to make sure that they are accurate and defect-free.

In all cases, we can deliver your project on time and defect-free in the format of your choice, assuring you a competitive edge in the global market.
